Marlette Family Portraits

The last couple of weeks have been jam packed with family sessions, holiday shopping, family reunions, and, of course, work. I never really pegged myself as a family portrait girl, as I've mainly only taken photos of seniors before. But, after a few family sessions this fall, I've fallen in love with having the chance to capture a family at their happiest! Whether for a holiday card, or simply a picture to give as a gift, I think family portraits are really special. I loved getting to know the Marlette Family during our session a few weeks ago. Dalton | University of Oklahoma Masters Graduate

There's nothing like fall on campus at the University of Oklahoma! From the beautiful colors to the beautiful weather, it's easily my favorite time of year. Dalton and I have known each other since our freshmen year (so basically ancient history). I was so excited when he asked me to take his senior portraits for his master's program this fall. Ella | Norman North Senior

First senior of the fall is here! Ella was an absolute JOY to spend some time with over the weekend. It feels really easy to get stuck in the same locations for photos but Ella had some new places in mind and I loved exploring Norman with Ella and her mom! From the Bizzell Memorial Library on campus to downtown Norman to Sutton Wilderness Trails Park and everywhere in-between, I am now even more a fan of Norman than I was previously (and honestly I didn't even know that was a thing!). Spending time with seniors is one of my favorite things to do. Not only do we get to celebrate such a special time in their lives through photography, but we get to talk about their plans for the future. Ella's
